Here's a cover illustration that I made recently. It's a sort of book that has information about new children's books, and they wanted a cover that wasn't from an actual book, but looked like it could be.

Actually I have been thinking of doing a book of these troll characters for years now, but so far I haven't come up with a good idea for the story. And besides I'm kinda verbally challenged, so I would have to find someone to write it for me...

Here's something I drew this afternoon. Call me weird, but drawing lovecraftian tentacly monsters is rather soothing. I really need to do this more often. :D

This is not exactly one of the Dark Young of Shub-Niggurath, I suppose, but certainly inspired by their description.

Hello.

I figured that in an attempt to motivate myself to draw more I should start a graphics blog. So here we are. It's likely that I'll end up posting lots of old crap, but who knows, maybe there will be a new doodle to post every now and then.

I hope the title of this blog is not too megalomaniac. I just wanted a title that would in some way reflect the general feeling of most of my works. (Yeah, I'm a fan of H.P. Lovecraft and Fields of the Nephilim. :)

And of course I also hope that at least some of you will enjoy the stuff I post here. :)

OK. For starters here's an acrylic painting I made for school last year. It's based on a painting by Zdzislaw Beksinski, one of my favourite artists.
